This is not a normal tour—this is real adventure. Conquer rugged terrain, ride through remote hill tribe villages, and experience the raw beauty of North Vietnam on the legendary Ténéré 700.
DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Hanoi – Mai Chau Valley (180KM | ~4 Hours) – L/D
The journey begins! We ride out of Hanoi and leave the chaos behind, heading straight into the mountains of Northwest Vietnam. Smooth roads twist through rice paddies, limestone hills, and quiet villages—an epic warm-up for the days ahead.
After a scenic lunch stop, we cruise deeper into Mai Chau Valley, surrounded by green landscapes and traditional stilt houses.
First day done—easy ride, great views, and the adventure is just getting started. 🏍️🔥
Day 2: Mai Chau – Phu Yen (180KM | ~6 Hours) – B/L/D
Time to get into the real ride. Leaving Mai Chau behind, we push further into the wild Northwest with longer riding hours and more varied terrain. Expect winding mountain roads, hidden back routes, and the first taste of proper off-road sections.
We pass through remote villages and untouched landscapes, stopping for lunch along the way before continuing toward Phu Yen.
A full day on the bike—more distance, more dirt, and the adventure is starting to heat up. 🏍️🔥
Day 3: Phu Yen – Nghia Lo (140KM | ~6 Hours) – B/L/D
Today is where the fun really begins. We leave Phu Yen and dive into more technical terrain—narrow trails, dirt sections, and some challenging off-road riding through the mountains.
Expect river crossings, remote villages, and constantly changing landscapes as we push toward Nghia Lo. Lunch on the road, then back on the bike for more action.
Shorter distance, but more technical—this is real off-road Vietnam. 🏍️🔥
Day 4: Nghia Lo – Mu Cang Chai (140KM | ~4 Hours) – B/L/D
Short ride, big views. Today we take on the legendary Khau Pha Pass—twisty roads, epic mountain views, and some of the best riding in Vietnam.
Optional dirt sections add extra fun as we ride through remote villages and hillside trails. Then boom—Mu Cang Chai opens up with endless rice terraces stretching across the mountains.
One of the most beautiful days of the trip. Cameras out all day. 🏍️🔥
Day 5: Mu Cang Chai – Sapa (160KM | ~5 Hours) – B/L/D
Another big day on the bike. We leave Mu Cang Chai and ride through open valleys and quiet countryside before hitting the legendary O Quy Ho Pass.
Long climbs, sweeping corners, and insane mountain views all the way to the top. This is one of the best riding roads in Vietnam.
Roll into Sapa in the afternoon—cool air, mountain vibes, and a well-earned rest after an epic ride. 🏍️🔥
Day 6: Sapa Expedition – B/L/D
Wake up, fire up the bikes, and chase the clouds. Today is all about flow—twisty roads, mountain views, and cruising through local villages.
Terraces, waterfalls, and hidden corners everywhere. Stop, shoot, ride, repeat.
Day 7: Sapa – Thac Ba Lake (230KM | ~6 Hours) – B/L/D
Big distance today. We roll out of Sapa and drop down from the mountains into open valleys and countryside roads.
Fast sections, twisty bits, and some hidden routes to keep it fun. Lunch stop, then push on to Thac Ba Lake.
