Motorcycle Tour from Ha Noi to Hoian Full Itinerary
The 1st day: Goodbye Ha Noi, hello Mai Chau - Hoa Binh

The motorcycle trip will start at 9 AM. To avoid excessive traffic, we first depart Ha Noi via road. Then we ride to Mai Chau valley, a spectacularly beautiful location with the Thai ethnic population. This location will undoubtedly capture you, as it has done for previous visitors!
We'll ride on highway 6, through vast farming territories with a sea of rice fields separated by tree-lined roadways and limestone karsts. Following a brief lunch in Hoa Binh, we traverse the Thung Khe pass, one of North Vietnam's most stunning mountain passes, before descending to the mountain valley village of Mai Chau.
The crew will stay in a stilted house of Thais. After supper, join us for a performance where you may dance and mingle with the Thai locals. Furthermore, you can enjoy ụnique rice liquor, but remember to drink responsibly!
The 2nd day: Tan Ky - Nghe An is here!

On our motorcycles, we will travel along a scenic route alongside the Ma River on the way to Cam Thuy, where we will have lunch (which is gourmet by Vietnam standards!). After taking the Ho Chi Minh route, sleeping in a motel.
The 3rd day: All the way to Phong Nha - Quang Binh

Ride down the Ho Chi Minh route until we reach Pho Chau, where we will stop to see the HCM Trail triumph monument. This monument marks the true beginning of our Ho Chi Minh route adventure.
We'll motor on over to Phong Nha - Ke Bang cave following this. It is Vietnam's & Indochina's largest and most exquisite cave. Recently, it was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List!
Phong Nha - Ke Bang karst creation dates back to the Paleozoic Era (300 million years), making it the oldest central karst region in Asia.
Besides, the park topography is extraordinarily complex, with several geographical features of significant importance have been subjected to huge geological changes.
There is 64 km of caverns and underground rivers in the vast territory, extending to the Lao PDR border. Today could be the highlight of Vietnam Motorbike Tours.
The 4th day: Head to Khe Sanh (Quang Tri)

In the morning, we explore Phong Nha, a former hiding place for local inhabitants and troops under constant ad hoc airstrikes from communist combatants during the Vietnam war.
After lunch, the next stop is at the Truong Son cemetery. Truong Son cemetery is a memorial site dedicated to the soldiers who died during the war.
The trip has a lot of breathtaking landmarks strewn about the landscape. We continue on highway 9 past the Rock Pile arriving in Khe Sanh around 5 PM. This town was constructed by General Westmoreland and used as a forward post close to the Laotian border.
The 5th day: Visit DMZ and Vinh Moc tunnels in Hue City

Our first stop is Long Hung church, just a few kilometers south down highway 1! This beautiful church was severely damaged during the Vietnam War, yet it remained restored over the years.
Next up is the ancient Citadel of Quang Tri, which protected soldiers during many battles in previous eras! Following that, we reach Cua Viet beach, a stunning and tranquil part of the coastline.
After touring the Demilitarized Zone and Vinh Moc tunnels, we stopped at Doc Mieu Firebase for lunch. Then we'll continue on the Ho Chi Minh route to Dong Ha town.
Here, we can see the Dong Ha market, renowned as one of the most hectic and bustling marketplaces in Central. Later, we'll take the team straight to Hue ancient city, and our guide will stop to show us additional battle-related items en route.
If time allows, we'll visit the Imperial Citadel before sunset. After that, we'll be seeing one of the Royal Tombs at night before taking a trip down to see a Perfume river and watch the sunset. Finally, we checked into our hotel afterward and got some rest.
The 6th day: Explore Hoi An by crossing Da Nang city.

This morning, we'll continue riding down the coast via Hai Van pass, where we can gaze down from the top and see Da Nang. Then, we will stop near Lang Co beach, where you can relax with an excellent coffee before continuing directly to Da Nang.
Da Nang city is one of Vietnam's most popular and lively tourist destinations for its high mountain ranges, beaches, rivers, and ancient pagodas. It's another amazing motorbike riding in Vietnam.
Once you have arrived in Da Nang, ride at the Railway Station, and our guide will drive you to our wonderful hotel in Hoi An for check-in. After which, our guide will say goodbye.
